Connect your first marketplace
SaleLinx reads your marketplace session straight from your browser. There’s no password to enter, no API key to copy. You just need to be signed in to Depop or Vinted in the same browser profile where SaleLinx is installed.
1. Sign in on the marketplace
Open a regular tab and sign in at depop.com or
vinted.com. If you sell on both, sign in to both.
SaleLinx supports any country domain (vinted.co.uk, vinted.fr, vinted.de,
vinted.es, etc.).
Marketplace logins are tied to browser cookies that the marketplace itself sets. SaleLinx reads those cookies on its own behalf when it makes authenticated calls, the same way the marketplace’s own pages do. We never see, store, or transmit your marketplace password.
2. Open the SaleLinx panel
Navigate to a product page (any item in your shop), a profile page, or your inbox on Depop or Vinted. Click the SaleLinx icon in your toolbar to open the side panel.
The first time you open it on each marketplace, the panel runs a quick session check. When it succeeds, you’ll see your shop name and avatar at the top of the panel.
3. Verify the connection
In the panel, open the Listings tab. SaleLinx reads your active items from the marketplace and shows them in a unified grid. If both marketplaces are connected, you’ll see Depop and Vinted items merged together with a small platform badge on each row.
If the grid stays empty for more than a few seconds, scroll down to the Troubleshooting section below.
Linking multiple shops
If you have more than one shop on the same marketplace (a side project, a shared shop with a partner), upgrade to Business and you can link up to 3 shops per marketplace under one SaleLinx account. Account linking lives in the Linking tab.
Troubleshooting
The panel shows “Not signed in”. You’re signed out on the marketplace itself. Open a normal tab, sign in, then re-open the panel.
Listings stay empty. Sometimes the marketplace returns 0 items if your session is partially authenticated (e.g. signed in to the homepage but not to the API). Reload the marketplace tab once and re-open the panel.
I’m on the wrong domain. SaleLinx auto-detects which Vinted regional domain you use. If you switch countries (.co.uk to .fr), sign in on the new domain first.
For anything else, the FAQ troubleshooting section covers panel visibility, signed-out states, and listing sync issues.
