Labels
The Labels tab gathers your sold orders from both marketplaces and lets you download, print or email the label PDFs in one go - instead of clicking each order in the marketplace UI and saving labels one at a time. The same tab also hosts the Vinted feedback bot for posting bulk seller feedback on completed sales.
What it shows
Two sections:
- To ship - sold orders that have a label ready (Depop) or that need one ordered first (Vinted “needs label” flow). Each card shows the buyer, item title, carrier badge, and the order date.
- Shipped - orders you’ve marked sent, kept around so you can leave Vinted feedback in bulk from the same tab.
Filters at the top narrow by carrier (Evri, Royal Mail, etc.) or by free-text search across buyer name and item title.
Selecting orders
Click a card to select it. Click again to deselect. The toolbar shows the selected count and enables Print and Email.
The header checkbox selects everything visible (respecting the current filter), so you can do the day’s shipping in one selection.
Downloading and printing
Click Print labels with one or more cards selected. SaleLinx:
- Downloads each individual label PDF from the marketplace.
- Merges them into one combined PDF in the order they appear in the panel.
- Saves it to your downloads folder with a name like
labels-2026-05-10-12.pdf. - Opens the merged PDF in a new tab so you can hit Print.
For Vinted’s Evri labels (which come in A4 with extra whitespace), SaleLinx auto-crops to the label box before merging so you don’t waste half a page per label.
QR vs PDF (Depop)
Depop offers some carriers as a QR code instead of a PDF. For those orders, the card shows a PDF / QR toggle. Pick whichever your local drop-off point accepts.
Emailing labels
Sometimes you want the labels on a different device (phone for printing at the post office, partner’s computer). Click Email labels with your selection.
A small modal asks for an email address, then SaleLinx sends the merged PDF straight from the extension. The subject and body are pre-written; you can tick “Remember this address” so it pre-fills next time.
If your account doesn’t have email send configured (or it
fails), SaleLinx falls back to a regular mailto: link with the
PDF attached as a download.
Vinted “needs label” flow
For Vinted orders where you haven’t ordered the label yet, the card shows PDF and QR buttons. Click one and SaleLinx asks Vinted for that label type via the API. The card updates to Label ready within a few seconds and joins the rest of the printable batch.
Vinted feedback bot
The Shipped section also surfaces orders that are eligible for seller feedback. Each row carries a Leave feedback button. The bot posts your feedback - with an optional follow-up DM - in bulk or one-at-a-time.
Eligibility
A sold Vinted order shows up as feedback-eligible only when all of these are true:
- The transaction’s user status is
completed(the buyer has received the item). - You haven’t already left feedback on it.
- Vinted still exposes the feedback action (i.e. you’re inside the feedback window).
The strict completion gate is deliberate: Vinted technically exposes the feedback action earlier (in transit, on cancelled orders, etc.), but acting on it then would risk reviews on orders the buyer never received.
Configuring the message
Click the gear icon in the Shipped section header to open the feedback settings card:
- Rating - 1 to 5 stars. Defaults to 5.
- Feedback message - the public review text. Supports the
@usernameplaceholder, which is replaced with the buyer’s Vinted login. Use\@to write a literal@. - Send follow-up DM - toggle. When on, SaleLinx also sends a private chat message after the feedback lands.
- DM message - body of the optional DM, same
@usernamesubstitution.
Settings are stored locally and apply to every run; there’s no per-order override (matching the simpler dotb-style flow).
Running it
For a single order: click Leave feedback on the row. The row disappears once the post lands.
For bulk:
- Tick the rows you want to feedback.
- Click Leave feedback on selected in the toolbar.
- SaleLinx queues the posts through the task queue with standard pacing.
Selected rows are removed from the list as soon as the bot accepts the job. If the run fails partway through, the next manual refresh of the tab brings any un-fed-back rows back into view.
Pacing
Feedback posts (and the optional DMs, queued separately) go through SaleLinx’s standard pacing so a bulk run doesn’t look automated to Vinted.
A failed DM doesn’t invalidate the feedback. The row still flips, and the failure is logged so you can chase it manually if needed. If the marketplace pushes back hard the bot stops cleanly; re-sign-in and try again later.
Plan and access
Available on Pro and Business. The free trial and Starter see the tab locked.
