Account and subscription

Your SaleLinx login covers both the website and the extension. The same email and password sign you in to billing on salelinx.com and to the panel inside Chrome.

Where to find it

  • Website — your account page is at salelinx.com/account.
  • Extension — the Settings tab in the side panel mirrors the same plan info and links straight to the billing portal.

Plans at a glance

Plans are tiered by what features you unlock and what monthly caps you get. The current pricing and what each tier includes lives on the pricing page. Changes there are the source of truth: the extension reads its limits from the same place you see them.

Upgrading

  1. Open the pricing page (or click See pricing from anywhere in the panel).
  2. Click Subscribe on the tier you want.
  3. Stripe Checkout opens in a new tab.
  4. Complete payment.

Your account upgrades immediately. You don’t need to reload the extension — the next time the panel checks your subscription (within about a minute), the new caps and features become available.

Mid-month upgrades

Stripe pro-rates the difference, so you only pay for the days remaining in the current period. The next full bill arrives on your usual renewal date.

Switching plans

To move between paid plans (e.g. Pro to Business), use the same Subscribe button on the new tier. Stripe handles the swap and the proration.

To downgrade, open Manage subscription (button on your account page), which takes you to the Stripe billing portal. Choose Update plan and pick the smaller tier. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current period — you keep the higher tier until then so you don’t lose what you’ve already paid for.

Managing billing

Click Manage subscription on your account page. The Stripe customer portal opens in a new tab. From there you can:

  • Update your payment method.
  • Download invoices.
  • Change your billing email.
  • Cancel.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current period. Until then, the panel works normally on whatever plan you were on. You can resume any time before the end date by re-opening the same portal.

Account security

The Security card on the account page handles password resets and email changes. Both flow through a confirmation link we send to your inbox — SaleLinx never asks you to confirm changes inside the panel itself.

What if a payment fails?

Stripe retries failed payments a few times. While retries are pending, the panel shows a banner and your access stays active. If all retries fail, your account is locked and the banner switches to a prompt to update your payment method. You can re-subscribe at any time to restore access.

Free 7-day trial

New signups start with a 7-day free trial of the Starter plan. No card is required to start the trial and nothing is charged. When the seven days are up, the trial ends automatically: your access is locked and the panel shows an Upgrade prompt. Pick a plan from the pricing page (or the Manage subscription button on this page) to keep going.

You can cancel the trial early at any time from the same Manage subscription button. There is no permanent free plan; to use SaleLinx beyond the trial you need an active Starter, Pro, or Business subscription.
