Bots
The Bots tab is your audience-growth toolkit. From one place you can follow accounts in a target’s network, follow your own buyers and reviewers, bulk-unfollow, and curate a blacklist of people you never want to target. It’s cross-platform: the same tab works on Depop and Vinted, with SaleLinx picking the right backend based on the page you’re on.
Why follow at all
- Following someone notifies them, which increases the chance they look at your shop.
- Following sellers in your niche surfaces you in their network and builds reciprocal follows.
- Following your own buyers and reviewers keeps you in their feed for repeat purchases.
Available actions
Both Depop and Vinted
- Follow followers of a target - follows everyone who follows another user.
- Follow following of a target - follows everyone another user follows.
- Unfollow all - bulk unfollow from your own following list.
- Target unfollow - unfollow accounts that appear in another user’s followers or following list.
Depop only
Vinted doesn’t expose “buyers” or “reviewers” as queryable audiences the way Depop does, so these actions are Depop-side only:
- Follow buyers - follows every account that has ever bought from you.
- Follow reviewers - follows every account that has left a review on a target shop (defaults to your own).
- Follow likers - on a product page, follows every account that has liked that listing.
- Unfollow buyers / reviewers - mirror of the Follow versions, removes accounts you previously followed via those flows.
- Blacklist all current following - one-click action that adds every account in your following list to your blacklist, so the Follow bots never re-target them.
Picking targets
You can run a follow bot in a few ways:
- By username - type a target’s handle into the input, choose Followers or Following, and start the run.
- From a profile page - navigate to a user’s shop, click the Bots tab, and the input prefills with their handle.
- From a product page (likers only) - on a Depop product page, click Follow likers and SaleLinx pulls the liker list for that exact listing.
- From your own data - Follow buyers and Follow reviewers default to your own account; no target needed.
Blacklist and whitelist
Two text boxes in the Settings section govern who the bots will skip:
- Blacklist (used by follow actions) - usernames you never want to follow. One per line or comma-separated. Case-insensitive.
- Whitelist (used by unfollow actions) - usernames you never want to unfollow. Same format.
Two convenience buttons populate the blacklist in bulk:
- Blacklist all following walks your own following list and adds every username. Useful before running Follow buyers so you don’t accidentally re-follow accounts you’ve already curated.
- Blacklist all followers does the same for your followers list.
Both deduplicate against existing entries, so it’s safe to run them multiple times.
Pacing and safety
The bots run on SaleLinx’s pacing engine so the burst doesn’t look automated to the marketplace. You don’t need to configure anything; sensible defaults are applied per platform. Power users can tweak the delay range in Settings if they want a faster or slower cadence.
If the marketplace pushes back temporarily, the bot quietly waits and
retries. If your session gets flagged outright (a 403), the run
stops immediately and you should sign out, sign back in, and give
things a few hours before resuming.
Hitting your following limit (Depop)
Depop enforces a ceiling on how many accounts a single user can follow. Before any Depop follow run, SaleLinx checks your current following count and stops cleanly if you’re at the cap. To free up headroom, run Unfollow all (or Target unfollow for something more selective) and try again.
Vinted doesn’t enforce an equivalent cap.
What you’ll see in the log
The activity log shows one line per action: Followed @username,
Skipped @username (blacklisted), Already following @username (skipped), and so on. At the end of a run you get a summary line
with done / skipped / failed counts.
Plan and access
The Bots tab is available on every paid plan, including the 7-day free trial. There’s no tab-level lock. What varies by plan is your daily follow and unfollow allowance - the higher tiers raise or remove the cap entirely. See the pricing page for current numbers, or check the Membership card at the top of the panel for your remaining allowance today.
